I
couldn't believe the results!
You
see, on the 2nd of April I decided to do an experiment, and
the experiment was simple.
I
wanted to see how much a flexibility program could help a
golfer to hit the ball further. Sure I've heard all the talk
about golf fitness but I wanted to see for myself if it really
