3 Foods That Are Killing your Golf Game (AND YOUR HEALTH)

Did you know that some of the most common foods in your kitchen are actually hurting you? Yes, even foods that we think are “healthy.” Here are 3 Foods to Avoid:

1. Conventional White Potatoes

Potato growers NEVER eat the potatoes they sell! Not for the reason you think. They grow their own separate plots, because they know that, more than any other vegetable, potatoes are sprayed at every stage with pesticides. I recommend eating organic potatoes only.

2. Farmed Salmon

I love wild salmon and eat it often. But farmed salmon, also called “Atlantic” salmon, are crammed in pens and fed all kinds of junk from soy and hydrolyzed chicken feathers and pellets. A study on fish contamination showed high levels of DDT and PCB’s, which are carcinogens and not what you want to eat. For fresh fish, always go WILD!

3. Conventional Apples

Farm workers have higher rates of many cancers, and it’s no coincidence. Apples are the most heavily sprayed with pesticides. That’s why it’s always best to buy organic, or at least wash and peel. You may be surprised to hear about these foods. But as an expert in food and weight loss coach for the last 28 years, I can tell you that there are a lot of foods that people eat every single day, that are doing them a lot of harm.
